Kathy Bishop - Chairperson

Katherine Bishop has extensive management and leadership experience and a deep knowledge of the lawn and garden industry. She has been the President of Lebanon Seaboard since 1994 and was additionally named CEO and Chairperson in 2004. Kathy joined the company in 1987 as General Manager of Lebanon Agricorp, gaining invaluable experience in the fertilizer and agriculture industry until selling the division in 1998. Prior to that she was the Managing Director of Rumbles, Ltd., an Australian pharmaceutical distribution firm. In her earlier career she held various financial management and consulting positions. She has been on the Lebanon Seaboard Board since 1978.

Tom Bishop

Tom Bishop is an acclaimed investment analyst specializing in small capitalization companies. He has researched, written and published an investment newsletter for the past four decades through the full range of economic cycles. Earlier in his career Tom was a financial analyst
for Boehringer Ingleheim and Central Hudson Gas and Electric Corp. Tom is a major shareholder and has been on the Lebanon Seaboard Board since 1978.

Dave Lanciault

Dave Lanciault is a seasoned business executive, entrepreneur, and independent consultant. For two decades, he led the formation and growth of Agricen and Agricen Sciences, leaders in the fast-growing market for agricultural biostimulants. Dave led the launch of the US Biostimulant Coalition and engineered its merger with The Fertilizer Institute in 2020. In his earlier career, Dave led strategic management consulting practices for two large firms, Kearney and Gemini Consulting, and oversaw Fortune 50 client relationships across a range of industries. Dave has served Lebanon Seaboard as a Board Member since 2017.

Jack Steele

Jack Steele is a highly esteemed engineer, consultant, and serial entrepreneur – known for his expertise and contributions to performance excellence across a range of companies and non-profits. Jack co-founded Active Strategy, Inc. to aid organizations with strategy development and execution and subsequently sold the company to the Advisory Board in 2012. He has previously been a Senior Examiner for the National Baldrige Award for Performance Excellence; and led Florida Power & Light as the first US winner of the Japanese Deming Quality Management Award. Jack has been a Lebanon Board Member since 2005.
