Job Summary

This position is part of the rapidly growing Ecommerce function within the Consumer Division of Lebanon Seaboard Corporation. Based at Lebanon Seaboard’s HQ, this position reports to the Sr. Channel Manager - Ecommerce and works collaboratively with her and the Product Management team to prepare new product expansions, including initial research and upload of new products to all online accounts and within operating systems.

Functional Responsibilities

  • Assist the Sr. Channel Manager - Ecommerce with account management for Amazon and Chewy
  • For all online accounts, track health of LSC Consumer brand listings, noting product presentation, quality of product detail pages, rankings within category, price competitiveness, and more
  • Work collaboratively with Sr. Channel Manager - Ecommerce and Product Management team to prepare new product expansions, including initial research and upload of new products to all online accounts and within operating systems
  • Support Sr. Channel Manager - Ecommerce and participate as part of the Omnichannel teams in a variety of roles to include, but not limited to: filing case disputes, correcting content errors, involvement in overall Ecommerce customer service, order management, and processing with a focus on improving fulfillment, driving sales and operational excellence
  • Manage Retailer Sponsored Ads for designated .com accounts and prepare and present reports to the Sr. Channel Manager – Ecommerce, Omnichannel teams, and Product Management teams
  • Assist Sr. Channel Manager – Ecommerce with agency oversight for Retailer Sponsored Ads managed externally

Added Plus:

  • Experience and knowledge of Amazon Vendor Central & other 3rd Party Seller portals
  • Able to travel for training conferences, sales functions or account meetings as needed

Work Experience and Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, Computer Science or Equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of Ecommerce experience, with track record of driving sales growth – preferably account experience with a Marketplace such as Amazon or Walmart
